Education and health

Knowledge and health are fundamental for sustainable development. Equitable access to and impact of education and health facilities on development are key indicators of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Farafina Institute's work on these sectors involves collecting qualitative and quantitative data for research purposes.

Specifically, we investigate whether education and health policies meet demands of people. The expectations of people and their values are represented in the polls we conduct on the role of ethics in the provision of education and health services.
Our focus areas, amongst others, include:
- higher and primary education;
- rural health services;
- healthcare insurance systems.
